Liberty Church (“Church”), Liberty London (“London”), Liberty Swaziland (“Manzini”), Seed Fund d/b/a Liberty Foundation (“Foundation”) and Liberty City (“City”) collectively make up the family of Liberty organizations (“Liberty”). Church, Foundation and City are 501c-3 organizations registered in the US. London is a charitable organization registered in the UK. Manzini is a charitable organization registered in eSwatini. “Personal Data” refers to information by which you could be identified including name, email address, telephone number, home or business address, and IP address.
As an organization, Liberty takes the management of your Personal Data carefully, and countries where one or more of our organizations are registered have regulations specific to that country. We are committed to protecting your Personal Data and to ensure that your data is kept private and confidential to be used only for the services you request.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you access the Liberty website, we will be able to access certain information (IP Address, browser, etc.) through third-party analysis systems like Google Analytics. While we do not ourselves collect and store this information, it is available to us.
If you make a contribution to Liberty, you will provide certain information including your name, phone number, billing address, home address, email address and credit card or bank information. In the US and the UK, this information is collected and stored by a third-party merchant services company and Liberty’s access to information excludes passwords and credit card or bank information. The other information, including the contribution type, date and amount, are passed to one of our third-party database companies who stores and secures your personal data. Liberty can access that data on line but the third-party database companies are responsible for the day-to-day storage and security of that data.
If you register for or attend a Liberty event, or if you use childcare at a Liberty service or event, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, other family members’ names, and other information that may be required for a specific service. If there is a charge for the registration, the information collected and stored will be the same as the paragraph above.
If you opt to serve in a role that requires a background check, we may collect your name, address, phone number, your tax identification number, and other government-issued information such as passport or driver license number. This information is collected and stored by a third-party to perform background checks, and the results of the background check are stored by one of our third-party database companies who maintains your Personal Data.
If you interact with Liberty on social media, we have access to any information you have on your profile connected to your social media.
If you download and use the Liberty Church App, we have access to certain Personal Data including type of mobile device, information accessed, IP address, etc.
Finally, you may interact in other ways with Liberty in which you provide Personal Data not described above.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We will hold your Personal Data through these services for as long as we deem necessary, but we may delete it at any time and you may request to have the information restricted at any time. You agree to update your Personal Data as it changes.
We will only use your Personal Data within our organization and among our employees, appointed volunteers and necessary third-party partners who assist in the data management and communications between Liberty and you. We do not sell, lend or otherwise give your Personal Data to others. However, if we are compelled to give access to Personal Data by law or regulation, by a court order, or by a legal action, we will.
By using our website, you confirm that you accept this privacy policy and consent to our using your Personal Data as set out in this privacy policy.

By using a Liberty website, you assume all risks associated with the use of the site, including any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file that might be transmitted or activated via a Liberty website or your access to it. Liberty shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits) resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in Liberty website.
