St Pete Community Groups

Morning Brews on the Beach
Led by Angela Carter-Orr
Saturdays, 11:00 AM, The Beaches
Women Only – Sisterhood

Who doesn’t love a good book, a cup of coffee, and some beach time? How about wrapped up all in one? With some fantastic ladies! Guess what? That’s exactly what this group will be doing. Over this next season, we will be taking a look at Dr. Les Parrott’s new book, Love Like That. We will learn five practical ways to loving others like Jesus, while also attaining a deeper understanding of what it means to love someone right where they are at. Whether it’s a family member, friend, a spouse, or a stranger. No matter who it is, God has called us to love like Jesus. Come along with us, as this is sure to be a fun season of gathering together with toes in the sand! We can’t wait to have you.

Women Encouraging Women in Relationships
Led by Kelly Nash and Samantha Klembla
Wednesdays, 6:30 PM, Downtown St. Pete
Women Only – Sisterhood
*Kid Friendly

We will meet every Wednesday night to encourage one another in the relationships we find ourselves in and how we can put God at the center of each one. One of the Sunday message series during this season will revolve around relationships and we’re going to unpack some of the content beyond a Sunday.  We all have relationships that are strong and healthy and we all have relationships that we wish were a little more God centered and life giving – Parents, bosses, friends, siblings, husbands, or boyfriends. Join us for an evening of laughter and love as we encourage one another and explore what it means to put God first in every relationship.

The Company
Led by Bryan Jennings
Fridays, 6:30 AM, Kenwood
Men Only – The Company

The Company is the Men’s Movement of Liberty Church.  We will gather together for a cup of coffee and we’ll be walking through some of the principles found in Mark Batterson’s book “Chase the Lion”.  My hope is that these ideas and principles will serve as a wake-up call to stop living as if the purpose of life was to simply arrive safely at death. Our dreams should scare us. They should be so big that without God they would be impossible to achieve because we can depend on God for the strength to see them through. Join me on Friday mornings for a cup of coffee and be prepared to be encouraged in the dreams and the visions that God has placed on your heart.
